Selective Conformal Coating

When you require PCB protection from harsh environments containing moisture or chemical contaminants, PCBs are coated with conformal coating materials using our automated coating process.  We use a silicone based product which has no VOCs, allows for repairs to the PCB if required, and provides a protective barrier over the coated areas to shield sensitive electronic components from the environment.  Since the equipment used to apply the coating is fully programmable, we have the ability to target the coating on specific areas or components or, when protecting an entire board, leave critical areas and components clear of conformal coating.
