Surface Mount Technology

As through-hole technology (PTH) is gradually replaced with surface mount technology (SMT), new equipment and techniques are required for working with parts that get smaller and smaller.  Our SMT process utilizes automated equipment such as a screen printer for past application, pick and place machines for mounting the components, and a 10 zone reflow oven for providing accurate thermo profiles.  All aspects of the SMT assembly process are tightly controlled to ensure the best possible solder joints, accurate placement, and no stress to components.
